How escrow works

A neutral lawyer or bank holds the buyer's payment until the sale is complete.

  1. Agree the price Buyer and seller agree the price and sign an agreement.
  2. Buyer pays into escrow The money goes to a lawyer or bank. Not to the seller, and not to us.
  3. Documents and transfer Title, registration and transfer documents are checked and completed.
  4. Funds released Once the sale is verified, the seller is paid and the agreed fees are settled.
